hello. my name is Xu Liang. i ordered a photobook couples of days ago. my order number is TRP-727388-1. e-mail is liangxh15@hotmail.com. i'm appreciate that you send me the photobook so fast. however, after i got the photobook,i found 2 big problems. one is the photobook lost 4 pics. there is one page completely blank, and there are 3 pages only have 1/3 of the pics. the other problem is i typed smoe chinese text in the photobook. but it can not be displayed. so how can i do?? can you solve the language problem?? and can u just make up a new perfect photobook to me, which is not miss any pic. i typed this problem in the customer service and sent it 3 days ago, but no one answer me. so i drove to your new jersey company address which is shown on your website. but that's a ups store. so i ask the question here. hope anyone can help me ASAP, because this photobook is a birthday gift. contact me ASAP. thanks a lot.
