Hi, I'm trying to locate my order. It was place on 8/25/08. I didn't recieve an order number so I'm hoping you can track it with my email address. My payment has been processed on my CC. I have sent a message to service@albelli.com several days ago and have not recieved a reply, so I'm guessing you don't monitor that mailbox????

My order is in same situation. After I paid it, I received confirmation email from albelli, but there is no Order number inside.

Over two weeks now, I haven't received my photobook, neither any response from albelli.

I haven't heard anything and emailed them as well. I show the payment as processed also.

Due to the high volumes of orders the last 2 weeks we are behind in answering the requests from service@albelli.com and are doing our best to catch up.
Production is fully caught up and orders are now shipping on time.
