I worked on my book all night last night, and left the software to upload overnight. This morning, the software said that there was an error uploading the images, so I tried reuploading. I watched the progress bar under the photos move, but then after the image was finished, it was moved back to the bottom of the list. The software went through the whole list and started over again from the first image. I restarted the software and tried to start over again but it picked up where it left off and kept doing the same thing. I really don't want to restart a new book... What can I do?

it's now a couple of days I try to order my album. Still same problem : in the end 'upload problem'. Huge frustration. Please help.

I have worked on my photobook for 3 months!!!! Last night i wanted to enter the last comments and t oorder my book. When i tried to open my album i was forced to download an important updated version.
When i clicked on the update i got an error message and the program closed. When i tried to open again i got a runtime error, and a message that i had to debug. Now i am no longer able to enter my album.
Abelli, i think you have made a big error with your update, as i understand several people are missing their info.
I have ordered for over € 100 from Albelli, so i expect a solution to this.
