I made a photobook and when I upload the pictures to your server, there was always a message said " There is an error during upload, please close this pop-up to retry", I wonder if there is a solution for that? Thank you.

I am sorry you ran into challenges ordering your book.
There were times the past couple of days that our servers were running at full capacity. We did experience a few errors durig upload. To cure this, open the program back up, enter your e-mail address in the gray box titled, "Saved photo books". This will bring up a list of books you have already worked on. Open the book you want to order and place the order for the book. If you have any further questions you can reach us at: service@albelli.com
