I have received a book from you guys and I am happy with the book in general except there is one page where one of image has been moved and it is covering up part of another image. Is there a way to fix this because I would like to send this photobook out as a present but I hope to have fixed this page before giving it out.

I am getting fed up with this. I first heard of this order and it was for a TOTALLY FREE 24 page picture book. I followed all the steps and the screen said I had ordered the book - Payment for order:
9/5 - order # 1974787 $5.99
9/2 - order # 7938253 $5.99
9/2 - order # 7938253 $5.99
9/3 - order # 320028809 $5.99
So far I have paid $23.96 for a free book. I would like to know once and for all if a book is being processed for me and how I can get my money back

To find out the status of your order you can send an e-mail to service@albelli.com and provide them with the e-mail address you used to place your order. They will be able to give you your album ID and if the product has shipped yet.

Due to the extraordinary large amounts of orders the other day our servers were overloaded and caused a few orders to time out. If you open the program up you can find the order you were working on by entering your e-mail address in the gray box titled, “Saved photo books”. You will see a list of projects you have recently worked on. Open up the book you want to order and place your order. The servers are now able to handle the influx of orders received. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I submitted an order which it said I owed .75 but it never asked me for any credit card info but it said that my order was submitted however I have not received a confirmation email. How can I check to see if my order will be shipped?

Currently, there is what is called a banner sheet at the back of the book. This is a blank page with a barcode on it. This is used to match the book block with the correct cover and shipping address.

When I upload a high resolution picture to the photo book creator, it looks really grainy in the the preview and when I edit it. Is this just an artifact of the software, or would the actual book contain really grainy pictures? It appears to be a scaling issue, as lower resolution images look better and less grainy than the higher resolution ones.
